Choose a Bonded Agent!

As the new touring season is upon us we thought it was a good time to remind all Tour Leaders about the importance of safety on your next sports tour. So whether you’re planning a weekend European coach tour or a 3 week long haul trip there are some essential considerations to take into account when planning your tour...

As a fully bonded tour operator with ABTA and ATOL affiliation and as part of TUI Travel PLC, Teamlink Sports Tours are committed to providing our customers with high standards of service and ensuring that YOUR tour and YOUR money are safe. But what
does this mean?

What is ATOL? ATOL is a financial protection scheme which ensures that any sports tour package including flights is protected in the event of an airline failure. Under the operation of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), your money is protected and you are not stranded abroad. Teamlink’s ATOL license is 9992.

What is ABTA? Members of the Association of British Travel Agents must adhere to a strict code of conduct to ensure consumers are benefiting from the high standards of service. The travel arrangements provided by ABTA Members are protected in case of the financial failure of the travel company. Teamlink's ABTA Membership number is Y2475.

We encourage all touring teams to ensure that like Teamlink, the operator you book with is a fully fledged member of BOTH the aforementioned institutions as a minimum. With so many airlines and agencies going under during the recession you want to be sure that your players, students, parents’ hard earned cash is safe and secure – and without risk.

Don’t jeopardise your money through DIY tours or un-bonded operators - book with confidence through Teamlink Sports Tours and be secure in the knowledge that you are travelling with a reputable company and your group is fully protected.
