At Teamlink, we aim to make this process as streamlined as possible for you by assisting in the administration that comes with the job ‘your end’. Whilst we handle all of the package elements such as travel, accommodation, sporting requirements and excursions (to name but a few) we want to provide a platform for you to work off that halves your administration and allows your tourists to access up-to-date information at ALL times.

To do this your team will be provided with their very own fully personalised online Team Page. This dedicated web page is available for you to access at any point to view your itinerary and tour information. Our Operations Team will constantly update the pages with breaking news on fixtures, excursions or even something simple such as room arrangements.

This secure virtual area is dedicated to YOUR tour and can be accessed 24 hours a day by all tour members, families, sponsors and any other interested parties to view live updates and images of your tour. Your dedicated Team Page is broken down into the following key areas for all Tour Members to browse at any time in the run up to your sports tour:

• Welcome Page: An introductory area welcoming visitors to their online Team Page. This page also houses the ‘Tour Leader Notice Board’ for a quick glance at upcoming deadlines.
• Your Tour: The place to find out all about your touring destination. Whether you’ve opted for a beach side location or a vibrant city destination, you will be sure to find all the key facts about your touring resort here.
• Itinerary: What’s happening and when? One of the most important areas of your Team Page, your tour itinerary highlights which days are allocated to excursions, fixtures, travelling and all other activities we have planned for you.
• Flights / Ferry Crossings: Important facts displaying how you will be leaving the UK and arriving in a new country! Also contains key details on luggage allowance and check in times if applicable to your tour.
• Transfers: For all our flight tours your team will we transported to and from the airport in both the UK and your touring country so check this page for essentials on pick up times and locations.
• Accommodation: Whether you’ve opted for a 2* self catering Hostel or a 5* full board hotel, discover your accommodation name, location and facilities here! Hair dryers in the room? Safety deposit boxes provided? You’ll find out here!
• Fixtures: The reason for going on tour! Discover your opposition name, colours and standard along with details of kick off times and transfer arrangements.
