Teamlink has a long and successful relationship with sports teams from the UK Forces, regularly organising overseas playing tours for ALL team sports. Each season we send dozens of military teams around the world on bespoke playing trips, ranging from Spain to San Francisco and Amsterdam to Auckland. We cover all sporting disciplines and pair teams against a combination of local sides and military outfits in their chosen destination.

Our service also encompasses the planning and organisational side of your trip. Our TEAM PAGES offer clubs the opportunity to view the progress of their sports tour on their own specific Teamlink webpage, which allows tour leaders to provide team mates with up to the minute news on their itinerary through a secure web link.

LA Galaxy Soccer Experience for UK Military teams – Exclusive to Teamlink Sports Tours

Over the past two years, Teamlink has sent six military teams to California as part of our LA Galaxy Experience for UK Military teams. The tour – ranging from 9-13 days – includes an exclusive day at LA Galaxy’s Home Depot Centre, observing a 1st X1 training routine featuring David Beckham, 90-minute coaching session from LA Galaxy staff, guided tour and player meet and greet. If the Galaxy are ‘home’ during your stay you’ll receive match tickets for the game courtesy of Teamlink alongside other package elements including:

• Return flights and taxes with Virgin Atlantic
• Bus transfers throughout the tour
• Accommodation at either The University of Southern California or 3* hotel in Santa Monica near 'Muscle Beach'
• 3 x matches against local clubs – one of which will be against Vinnie Jones’s Hollywood All Stars FC
• Prices start at £1,099 per person and bookings are now being taken for 2010 tours although places are limited to 3 x teams only

		"We couldn't pin point a specific highlight of the tour- it was all amazing. The Flanders 10s tournament is the biggest 10s tournament in Europe with; 32 men’s teams, 16 women’s team and 12 veterans teams played over 2 days. This is a truly international tournament with teams from Belgium, France, Netherlands, Denmark, Russia, England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland. The standard varied from serious to social rugby for the Men’s team, and very competitive for all our women’s side, who lost in the plate final. There were 6 good pitches over 3 sites, all walking distance from the main stadium pitch. The tournament was played in temps over 30 degrees on both days, but free water was supplied to all teams and water breaks given where appropriate by referees. This is an excellent international tournament, giving a great mix of serious and social touring teams playing a good standard of rugby. The Women’s part of the tournament is very competitive with a high standard of rugby. Hope to return with the Women’s Team next year." AGC Rugby Team, Flanders 10s Tournament, 2010
