A special menu has been created for festival participants and competitively priced beers, ciders and cocktails will be served up all weekend by the hotel’s excellent food and beverage team. A Welcome Reception awaits tour leaders and coaches upon arrival, providing the opportunity to meet the referees, tournament officials and players alike. In order to keep things nice and simple, all food and beverages can be charged to your room and settled at the time of departure in either £, € or Swedish Kroner (SEK)

Friday Night - Let's Paint the Town Red

An informal welcome with a few beers and team registration will be held at the official hotel on Friday night between 19.00 and 22.00.

After that we expect that some of the teams will wish to go down town.  The metro is a short walk from the hotel that connects you with the centre of Stockholm city.

Saturday Night - Fancy That..

After a hard first day we celebrate by having a huge barbecue at the pitches. This year's common fancy dress theme will be selected from a poll on the tournament's Facebook page. We urge all teams to embrace the theme. The best team effort will get their entry fee back on the spot and the best individual effort will win a prize too. The BBQ is great value for money made by fantastic chefs and the DJs will ramp up the music far into the night. The bus will continue to go back and forward to the official tournament hotel throughout the evening. The first games on Sunday start at 10.00. It is completely free of charge to enter the area on Saturday night so all participants are welcome to invite some of the local talent that you might have encountered on the Friday for beer and dancing under the summer night sky!

Sunday Night- Closing Night, Make It Count

Sundays can be a bit slow on the party front, but not here! When all the games are over and our winners have been crowned, the closing party begins. The rugby finals end at around 18.00. After a few hours of rest the rented nightclub will open. Buses will go between the hotel and the venue from 20.00.
