Q: Is Strawberries a social or formal tournament?

A: Strawberries Hockey Tournament is organised formally, and professionally, but we expect social attitudes towards the event. All sides are competing against each other and rivalry is expected but everything should be in good humour and not taken too seriously.

 Q: Is there a limit on the amount of teams/people that we can take? Can we take supporters?

A: There is no limit on the amount of sports teams / people that you take. However, minimum squad numbers are introduced to respective sporting tournaments. Strawberries places are limited, so book early to guarantee your entry. Supporters are more than welcome!!

Q: Is 'Coaching' the only transport option?

A: Whilst coaching is the most cost effective way to attend Strawberries Hockey Tournament, flight packages are also available. Please contact us directly for more information and to receive a fully tailored quote which will be dependent on your departure airport.

Q: When do we have to confirm final numbers? When do final balances, team deposits and entrant names have to be submitted?

A: Final numbers must to be confirmed upon booking. There may be a chance to add to your group after this time but it will be subject to availability. Final balances are required 8 weeks prior to your departure date.

Q. What documents are needed to travel to Strawberries Hockey Tournament 2011?

A. It is your responsibility to have a valid Passport (or an appropriate visa for non British/EU citizens), an EHIC, and any other required documentation for your holiday. We, or the carrier (e.g. airline or ferry company), may refuse travel if you do not have a valid Passport, Visa or entry permit. We are not obliged to help you if you are refused travel, so please check you have everything before you leave your house!

Q. What is an EHIC and where can I get one?

A. The European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) allows you to access state-provided healthcare in Holland and all other European Economic Area (EEA) countries at a reduced cost or sometimes free of charge. Click here to apply online for your EHIC now.

Q. What do I need to check about my Passport?

A. For travel to most countries, British and Irish passports must remain valid for at least 6 months after your scheduled return to the UK/Ireland. Your Passport and travel documents must be intact: you may not be able to travel if they are damaged or have been tampered with. Q. Can I transfer my booking to someone else?

A. In most cases, yes, you may transfer your booking to someone else. There will be a name change fee added to the new reservation for this transfer once the initial deposit has been made. Please contact us at 0800 092 4790 if you are looking to do a name change on your trip, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Q. How can I pay for my trip?

A. Teamlink Sports Tours accepts cheques, bank transfers and all major credit and debit cards (Please note that there is a 2.5% surcharge when paying by Master card & Visa, a 3% surcharge when paying by other credit cards and non-UK issued cards, there is no charge for paying with debit.) We will not accept AMEX or Diners Cards.

Q. Is my money protected?

Teamlink Sports Tours are a fully bonded tour operator offering our customers financial security through our Air Travel Organiser’s Licensing (ATOL number: 9992) and ABTA bonding (Y2475). This ensures that teams travelling on our flight packages are protected from losing money or being stranded abroad due to the failure of an airline.
