The EGGZperience Easter Hockey Tournament is a great social festival offering hockey in true tour spirit and plenty of revelry.  All teams are well catered for at this smooth-running event. Food and drink will be flowing throughout along with plenty of hockey.

Tournament Format

The EGGZperience Easter Hockey Tournament is held over two days. The tournament is open to 11 a side men's and women's sides (no mixed), The first day of play will see teams play in a round robin style. The second day of play teams will be put into groups and battle it out for the EGGZperience Easter Hockey Tournament trophy! Final tournament format is yet to be confirmed subject to final numbers.

Sample Itinerary

Sample 4-Day Itinerary:

Day 1 - Your executive coach will pick you up from your sporting club house and begin the journey to Holland. You will embark on the channel crossing from Dover / Folkestone to Calais (subject to using Eurotunnel or ferry crossing). You will then be transferred to your chosen tour accommodation/ camping accommodation. The captains of each team have to register at the "Pipowagen" where they will receive all the necessary tournament information. At 8pm the opening party will commence in the festively decorated clubhouse. At midnight we will let you try and find you "bed" again...

Day 2 - The day will begin with breakfast being served at 09:00, the first matches will begin at 10:00 followed by Easter lunch being served at 12:30. The tournament will continue through until dinner being served at the club house (approx 17:30). The night will see the EGGZperience Easter Hockey Tournament party with band and DJ 'Ground Control' kick start.

Day 3 - The first matches will begin at 10:00 followed by Easter brunch and plenty of Easter eggs being served at 11:00. The tournament will come to a close at 17:00 followed by the official awards ceremony, BBQ and end of tournament after party at Cafe KV, in the centre of Haarlem.

Day 4 - Your executive coach transfer from your chosen tour accommodation to Calais, where you will embark on your return channel crossing back to the UK and your rugby club house.
