Named as Europe's biggest 10s tournament, the Flanders Open Rugby Tournament attracts 60 teams from around the globe to attend the annual Rugby Tournament. All teams will compete through a qualifying series before entering the Cup, Plate & Bowl knock-out with guaranteed prize money for the first place team in each category.

Tournament Format

• Men's 10 a side (9 groups of 4)
• Women's 10 a side (3 groups of 4)
• VETS 10 a side (3 groups of 4)

Men's Division: 36 Teams competing through a qualifying series before entering the Cup, Plate & Bowl knock-out
Women's Division: 12 Teams competing through a qualifying series before playing off for the Cup, Plate & Bowl
Old Boys Division: 12 Teams competing through a qualifying series before playing off for the Cup, Plate & Bowl
Old Ladies Division: Depends on the number of participating teams

Sample Itinerary

Sample 4-Day Itinerary:

Day 1 - Your executive coach will pick you up from your sporting club house and begin the journey to Belgium. You will embark on the channel crossing from Dover / Folkestone to Calais (subject to using Eurotunnel or ferry crossing). You will then be transferred to your chosen tour accommodation. Opening drink stands will be open and registration will commence from 17:00. The official Welcome Party with DJ set will begin at 19:00 along with a live cover band, this will continue through until the early hours!

Day 2 - You will be transferred from your tour accommodation to the Flanders Open Rugby Tournament venue via your executive coach transport. Breakfast will be served from 07:30 until 10:00 and the tournament will begin at 09:30 with all teams battling it out for final positions. The DJ set will begin at 17:00 until 19:30 followed by the luxury barbecue and the last games of the day starting at 18:30. The evening will end with post match entertainment running late into the night. You will then be transferred back to your chosen tour accommodation via your executive coach.

Day 3 - You will be transferred from your tour accommodation to the Flanders Open Rugby Tournament venue via your executive coach transport. Breakfast will be served from 07:30 until 10:00 and the tournament will begin at 09:00 with the first games for the Cup, Plate and Bowl position. At 16:00 the final Veterans game will commence, followed by the Women's final and then the Men's final at 17:30. The final ceremony and trophy giving will begin at 18:00 followed by the official Flanders Open Rugby Tournament after party! You will then be transferred back to your chosen tour accommodation via your executive coach.

Day 4 - Your executive coach will transfer you from your chosen tour accommodation to Calais where you will embark on your return channel crossing back to the UK.
