DAY ONE
Clamber onto the coach at your selected UK departure point, not forgetting Passports, EHIC cards, kit / equipment bags, fancy dress, beer kitty and packed lunch for the journey. Make your way across the country to Dover where your designated FrogFest ferry will be ready for boarding. Once you have completed the 1.5 hour crossing it’s onwards through Normandy to the Chateau du Molay and time to unpack in time for the 18:30 BBQ (vegetarian alternatives are available upon request). Once you’re set up the festival begins and the bar opens at 19:00!
DAY TWO
The continental breakfast will be served at 07:30-08:30 in the Chateau du Molay restaurant. After breakfast pick up your hockey sticks and set off via coach for the opening day’s play. The first day will see three pools with a minimum of four teams per pool battle it out. Based on points scored (win - 2, draw - 1, lose - 0) teams will be put into one of three pools on the Sunday to battle it out for the FROGFEST 2013 trophy. A packed lunch will be provided at the tournament and at the end of the game day you will head back to the Chateau for a feast of Chili and Spag Bol served at 17:30. At 19:00 the party will commence!
DAY THREE
Breakfast will be served in the same manner as Saturday and then again it is up and off to day two of the hockey tournament. The tournament will see a competitive battle for the Cup, Plate and Pond pool take place! One team will be crowned FrogFest 2013 champions! Again packed lunch will be provided. After the hockey an awards ceremony will take place at Vier Hockey Club followed by the journey back to the Chateau where you will have an evening meal waiting! The evening starts at 20:00 with ample time to let the celebrations/commiserations commence.
DAY FOUR
It's time to pack up and prepare for the journey home but not before your final continental breakfast to set you up for the day! The coaches will depart between 09:00-10:30 and head back towards Calais for the late afternoon crossing to Dover, teams are expected to arrive back in the UK around 18:00. Don't forget to get everybody's numbers and Facebook names before it's time to part and go your separate ways... And remember, what goes on tour, goes on Facebook..
