DAY ONE
Depart London Heathrow via direct flight to Los Angeles with Virgin Atlantic. Arrive late afternoon and transfer to your accommodation at the University of Southern California (during summer time only) or Venice Beach/Santa Monica. Buffet breakfast and dinners (for school groups) are provided throughout your stay and your group will be accommodated in twin en-suite rooms.
DAY TWO
Get to know your surroundings with a Los Angeles City & Hollywood Tour. Take in all of the famous landmarks associated with the city, including Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Hollywood, Sunset Strip and Venice Beach.
DAY THREE
Match 1 v local opposition. Take on your US counterparts in an evening fixture and celebrate post-game with your hosts in true US-style.
DAY FOUR
LA GALAXY EXPERIENCE - arrive at the Home Depot Stadium for a once-in-a-lifetime soccer day out. Stadium staff will offer a behind the scenes guided tour before your private viewing of a first team squad training session. LA Galaxy’s senior coaches will then take your squad for a 90-minute coached session before you have the opportunity to meet and greet a selection of senior players such as Landon Donovan*.
DAY FIVE
Test your inherited coaching points against a local side in your second tour fixture.
DAY SIX
Free day: Teamlink recommends a visit to Six Flags, one of California’s premier theme parks or Universal Studios.
DAY SEVEN
Soccer is a fast-developing sport in California and there will be no shortage of takers to front up for your third tour match. Can you make it 3 in 3, as they say in the USA.......
DAY EIGHT
AM free for shopping. PM: Overnight direct flight to Heathrow with Virgin Atlantic.
DAY NINE
Arrive at Heathrow. End of tour arrangements.
